1. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
A higher fee may apply to cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. We will do our best to accommodate you, but this is not always possible.

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointments without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

4. Refunds

All services are non-refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect personal information (name, phone number, email) only for the purpose of contacting you and managing your appointments. Your information will never be shared or sold.

6. Photos & Social Media

With your permission, we may take photos of your results to share on our website or social media. You can opt out at any time by letting us know.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Lua’s Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence, or causes discomfort to staff or other clients.
